Investor Training
We offer a course for Investors to quickly and powerfully grow their knowledge and experience of investment real estate by being part of an Investor Team.
One of the most impactful methods of learning is experiential. We developed a course for a Team of 8 individual investors. Each Investor pays a Tuition and also invests an equal amount of capital, ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000 each. Then, in the course, we will:
- create a company
- buy a property
- add value
- sell the property
- dissolve the company
We work together as a team, taking the actions necessary to deliver the results we all seek. Going though the process, applying the methodology, and sharing with each other delivers a very powerful education at an experiential level.
