Residual or Passive Income is one of the most attractive features of real estate investing.  To make money while on vacation, while sleeping or spending time on your career, business or passion is a dream come true for many people.  We are very experienced in a variety of cash flow options in real estate.  They include the most hand-off investments to those where you can be an actively involved Landlord.    A good situation for one client may not be one that works for you.  Although we do focus on the return-on-investment and measurement of positive cash flow, we really explore how the different options affect your life and your preferences/style.

Most people don’t know that you can buy specific real estate with your IRA, Roth IRA, 401K, etc.?  We are experts in this arena.  Although the rules are very strict, it can be an incredibly lucrative way to invest for both the short term AND the long term.  There are many tax minimization or elimination strategies that we can share with you as you identify what works best for you.  There are banks that will now finance your real estate purchase  with your IRA, as well as partnerships you can create or even finance the purchase of investments for others.  This type of investing makes things possible that otherwise would not be.
